Game Producer

Requirements for this position:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Game Producer in mobile games;
  • Proven experience in growing and scaling projects with strong metrics;
  • Deep understanding of game design, monetization, and analytics;
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and synchronizing processes;
  • Strong data-driven product and business decision-making skills;
  • Basic knowledge of Unity development (no coding required, but understanding of how it works is important).

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing the project’s growth strategy: new features, content, and key metric improvements;
  • Working with product and game metrics (LTV, Retention, ARPU, ARPPU) and making data-driven decisions;
  • Optimizing balance and monetization to increase player engagement and retention;
  • Managing internal team processes to ensure timely update releases;
  • Controlling resources, priorities, and breaking down tasks into specific steps;
  • Analyzing the market, competitors, and trends to find growth opportunities.

Requirements for this position:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Level Designer;
  • Portfolio with commercial or personal projects;
  • Experience creating levels from prototype to release;
  • Strong knowledge of level design principles and the ability to analyze their effectiveness;
  • Experience with Unity3D
  • Experience integrating various game mechanics into level design;
  • Experience tuning game balance;
  • Understanding of basic mathematical statistics and probability theory;
  • Experience playing games like Archero, Battle Royale, and slashers.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating game locations for a top-down action RPG using an internal editor;
  • Balancing level difficulty;
  • Generating ideas and concepts to improve the player experience;
  • Working with GDD and other game documentation.
